Do you want to get involved in local decisions about health services? Or even just manage your own health and well being?

Your NHS gives you the chance to shape the way health services are delivered in your local area. By joining Your NHS you can be involved as much or as little as you like. Membership is free and there are lots of other benefits.

By joining Your NHS you will get:
